This class is specifically for people who received a DUI in the state of California, but live in another state and need to complete the 45 hour (6 Month) program to satisfy the courts in California. If you live in California you CANNOT take an online DUI class to satisfy the state requirement. All California residents must take a local DUI class in California to satisfy the state of California.
