Minnesota DUI Classes Online
If you received a first time DUI/DWI in the state of Minnesota you may be able to take an “online” DUI/DWI class to satisfy the courts in Minnesota. What you will need to do first before you register for one of our Minnesota DUI classes online is to contact the court in Minnesota where you were convicted and ask them if you may do the required DUI/DWI class through an “online” setting.
If they give you approval to do so then you may register for one of our classes below. Just choose the class with the correct number of hours that the court has requested. If this was a first offense DUI/DWI in Minnesota the offender is typically required to complete a 8 hour DUI/DWI class.
If you are not certain about your situation and whether you can take an “online” DUI class we strongly suggest that you either call your probation officer or court referral officer. You can also call us and we can give you advice also.

Please review your state’s policies regarding online classes before you register for a class. If you are not sure whether or not a class will be accepted by the court or DMV, we recommend that you call your Probation Officer, DMV or the Clerk of Courts office in the county where you were convicted to find out. Also note that our class is a “self-paced” class and not a “Zoom” class. You can also call us and we can tell you whether or not our class will be accepted.
Each class includes an email copy of your certificate. If you require a hard copy by mail you can choose a mailing option at checkout. If you need your certificate faster you will have the option to upgrade to either USPS Priority or UPS 2nd Air at checkout.
How The Classes Work
Once you register for a class you will immediately receive an email receipt from us showing your payment along with a link to log into the class. Once you receive the email you can begin your class. After you have taken your final quiz at the end of the class a counselor will review your class work and quizzes. Once the counselor approves your classwork your certificate will be completed and emailed to you. At checkout you do have the option to pay a nominal fee for a variety of mailing options if you would like a hard copy mailed to you.
