Arkansas DUI Classes Online

The state of Arkansas does not recognize or approve any “online” DUI or DWI class as a means for any person who received a DUI or DWI in the state of Arkansas to satisfy the state requirement to complete a DUI or DWI class. Arkansas DUI or DWI offenders will need to contact their probation officer or court referral officer to get a list of approved DUI or DWI classes in their area.

If you live in another state, but received your DUI or DWI in Arkansas you will be required to complete your DUI class in your home state. This will need to be a local class where you live. Even if you live in another state where an “online” class may be acceptable those classes are still not accepted in Arkansas. Once again “No Online DUI Classes For a DUI or DWI Offense in Arkansas”.

All certificates are mailed out by standard USPS First Class mail once you complete your class. If you need your certificate faster you will have the option to upgrade from standard mail to either Priority or Express mail at checkout.

How The Classes Work

Once you register for a class you will immediately receive an email receipt from us showing your payment along with a link to log into the class. Once you receive the email you can begin your class. After you have taken your final exam at the end of the class a counselor will review your class work and final exam. Once the counselor approves your classwork your certificate will be completed and mailed to you by USPS First Class Mail unless you have upgrade your mailing option.
