South Carolina DUI Classes Online

The state of South Carolina does not recognize or approve any “online” DUI class as a means for any person who received a DUI in the state of South Carolina to satisfy the state requirement to complete a ADSAP DUI class. South Carolina DUI offenders will need to contact their probation officer or court referral officer to get a list of approved ADSAP DUI classes in their area.

If you do not live in the state of South Carolina you will need to find an approved local DUI class in your home state to attend. You will want to contact your probation officer or the court in South Carolina to make certain they will accept the local class you wish to attend.

  • 100% Online DUI Classes
  • Accepted in Most States
  • Certificate Available By Mail
  • Money Back Guarantee

Please review your state’s policies regarding online classes before you register for a class. If you are not sure whether or not a class will be accepted by the court or DMV, we recommend that you call your Probation Officer, DMV or the Clerk of Courts office in the county where you were convicted to find out. Also note that our class is a “self-paced” class and not a “Zoom” class.  You can also call us and we can tell you whether or not our class will be accepted.

Each class includes an email copy of your certificate. If you require a hard copy by mail you can choose a mailing option at checkout. If you need your certificate faster you will have the option to upgrade to either USPS Priority or UPS 2nd Air at checkout.

How The Classes Work

Once you register for a class you will immediately receive an email receipt from us showing your payment along with a link to log into the class. Once you receive the email you can begin your class. After you have taken your final quiz at the end of the class a counselor will review your class work and quizzes. Once the counselor approves your classwork your certificate will be completed and emailed to you. At checkout you do have the option to pay a nominal fee for a variety of mailing options if you would like a hard copy mailed to you.
